What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. they the example "Shows a MiniTopic (infobox type summary) for the
selected item" in internet explorer 7

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the mini topic should show up like in firefox
Which web-browsers exhibit the problem?
only internet explorer 7
