Is it a way I could get a list of all mids and their readable names in
Freebase?

The easiest way to generate that would be to filter the data dump:
https://developers.google.com/freebase/data#freebase-rdf-dumps

I don't have experience with files of this size. I guess it can be done with a command line tool like grep, but I don't know how.

This will give you the English labels for all MIDs:

curl http://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/freebase-public/rdf/freebase-rdf-latest.gz | zgrep -i $"\t<http://www.w3.org/2000/01/rdf-schema#label>\t.*@en\t" | cut -f 1,3  

If you have plenty of disk space and an unreliable network connection (or think you might want to extract multiple subsets), you could break apart the pipe and download the file separately first.  If you want a different language, change the @en part (although not all languages will be present for all topics).

I'd like /type/object/mid and their readable names.

Is it a way to get them?
