Clearing the printout by command ?

Hello from Austria,

(entered this group a few minutes ago)

i'm enjoying my "new" virtual HP42 (plus) after selling its realworld brother in 1990 !

Now i'm back in programming it for minor personal tasks.

Many Thanks to Thomas Okken for this great work ! It feels so real !!

My question regards clearing the printout e.g. by program command to get empty space,
like "tear off paper" on the old printer.

Hello Hubert, welcome to the group!

Regarding your question: there is no programmable command to completely clear the print-out, but it sounds like what you're looking for is the ADV function, which prints a blank line (Paper ADVance). You can find it in the PRINT menu.
