Hello, I suspect I have not understood the function "plot from EQN": I have entered a formula (y=x^2) If I press CALC, I can enter a value (x) and get the result (Y). So far OK, but when I press Shift Plot, I only see the coordinate system but not the curve (parabola) - no matter which x/y min/max I enter.
Even if I save the formula to X and then enter eqnplot I see nothing.
What am I doing wrong?

When you press Shift PLOT in EQN mode, what do you see in the top two lines of the display?
You should see the equation in the top line, and something like X:X Y:<STK> on the second.

That second line should be made to match the parameters you want to plot against each other, so in your case, that would be X:X Y:Y, meaning the horizontal axis will use the X parameter and the vertical axis will use the Y parameter. The PARM sub-menu lets you select the axes. If you set the X axis to X and the Y axis to Y, does the plot work then?
