I thought it wasn't common knowledge until it was mentioned on Digital
Spy and reposted on here a week ago, actually.

I'll C&P it:
Sue's Public Outing
Day 6, 02:15
DURING a frank late-night discussion, Sue opened up to Les and Mark
about her bitter break-up with TV presenter Rhona Cameron.
Sue revealed how ex-partner Rhona, whom she dated for two years, outed
her in a newspaper article after appearing on I'm A Celebrity, Get Me
Out Of Here!
"Rhona sold her story when she came out of the jungle and effectively
outed me," declared Sue, "which is my right to do."
"Did she do that?" asked Les, visibly shocked.
"Yes," confirmed Sue. "There was a reason I deliberately avoided it. I
spent years dealing with it. Basically, I think society has moved on
to a point where you don't have to make these dramatic declarations.
Nobody gives a toss!"
But Sue was clearly unhappy with the way she'd been outed. "Prior to
coming in here, I know that whatever's written about me will be
infused with that."
She also revealed that her ex-girlfriend talked to her about going
into the Big Brother house. "She came round and said: 'By the way, the
News Of The World has asked me to write more specifically about that.'
"If someone you've been with for a while does that to you, you just
have to let them do it. It's your conscience. I just thought, would I
do that to her? No. Will I be going around doing that to her
afterwards? No."
"But you're different," said Mark.
Sue then added that she has tried to understand why her ex has behaved
this way. "I've had a safer, better life. Her principles are different
- they've had to be. So I don't judge her too harshly."
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Rhona sounds like a nasty piece of work, but what's all this about
'it's my right to out myself'? Rubbish, in my book.
