Hi looking at having a developer build a house, I would like under floor heating and they want to put it in the 100mm cocrete slab. Can any one give me their thought on this, pros and cons etc.

Low response times. Switch it on when you are too cold and you'll be warm three days later. Too hot so you switch it off, better open all the windows because it'll take three days to cool.
