Hi some advice.

I need to replace a Response 80 combi boiler. its 12 yrs old now. Its
been nothing but trouble.

From what I've read regs state it must be high efficency.

Luckily the guy who installed last one did a nice clean job and have
all the large pipes for gas (20mm or 18mm I think). It is also next to
a waste water discharge so condense water can run off.

I wanted to buy a Valliant combi boiler. Its for a 3 bedroom detached
house. The boiler will also provide water for a kitchen and one
bathroom. Currently bathrrom has electric shower but plan to run it
off the combi in future.

What Vailant should I get.
