This is an e petition I've started as I am now paying more for my Water a
natural resource than I am for my combined Gas and Electric.
United Utilities want us all to go on a water metre, resist that as once
they have us all they truly will have a monopoly andf will pump up the
prices.
Competition is in the other Utility fields United Utilities have a monopoly
and if you check on pricing they use government mumbo jumbo to hide behind
complaints on prices.
I think a debate on competition is needed and I'd ask you to copy and paste
this email onto all your contacts in your address book as it will benefit us
all.
