Jim Devine: I know that my hon. Friend will want to join me in
congratulating the Livingston credit union, which is opening a new
office in Livingston on Friday. Does he share my concern, however,
that the Scottish National party Government have abolished the �3.5
million ring-fenced funding that was set up to establish and develop
credit unions in Scotland?
