Well, Friday afternoon I was turning from Milton Road into Goldsmith Avenue
in time to see a chav approaching the lights on his mountain bike. He was
wobbling like anything but also giving 'evils' to the fast approachng car
behind him.

Now, if it'd have been the car driver on the phone, I'm sure the law would
had had a word with him but it was the chav on the mountain bike. Wobbling
wasn't the word - imagine being deep in meaningful conversation, cycling and
looking in the opposite direction to where you are going whilst approaching
the red traffic light you can't see!
What would the law do in these circumstances? Endorse his school report?
