The nervous system uses pulses, so the electricity is also arranged in
pulses. This deceives the nervous system into going into convulsions.
Indeed, when the beam is directed at the heart it can easily kill.
British police are NOT police. They are criminals who have been
compromised by a "society with secrets" into playing the role of
police - unpaid - whilst secretly serving the hidden criminal agenda
of the government.
At their lodge, it seems, they were given this new toy, and told to
try it out. There seems to have been no training. Further, they were
"looking for trouble" - searching for an EXCUSE TO TRY the weapon, not
trying to maintain law and order.
So there is no evidence, certainly not on this video, that the victim
was guilty of anything. Instead, it seems he was chosen for his SIZE.
If a "Taser" can bring down a big man, it is a powerful weapon. That
is what the fake police wanted to know.
The video begins with the victim already on the ground. The Taser
operator shouts out "Taser, Taser, Taser" so that his accomplices will
stay out of the way of the fog-beam. Otherwise, they themselves would
be affected.
THEN HE "SHOOTS" THE VICTIM DIRECTLY IN THE CHEST.
The cardiac spasm causes pain like a heart attack. The victim goes
into convulsions, and cries out. The fake police ignore his agony, and
demand several times that he "puts his hands out". In view of the
modus operandi of the weapon, that is impossible.
Clearly, the "police" know nothing of the Taser, other than that it
makes them "important".
Two more "officers" come on the scene, and the "operator" decides to
Taser him again, although he is now utterly immobilised. As a further
"treat", the helpless victim gets three violent punches to the back.
A woman and then a man move up close, to witness in detail the state
of the victim. The "operator" attacks them also. They draw back.
A police car with four further "officers" arrives, to subdue a victim
who has made no intentional movement since being shot in the heart.
The cameraman says he can't wait to put the film on YouTube, but does
not know what the "Taser. Taser. Taser" is all about. The Taser is
new.
The voice of a "policeman" can be heard demanding that the paralysed
man "stop resisting".
This is NOT a command to the victim. This is the ALIBI for excessive
violence. With all the other "officers" from his lodge gathered about,
the "policeman" can co-ordinate the statements of all of them. If
asked, ALL will say that the victim resisted. The voice of a lady says
"It does not look like he is resisting to me, you know".
Then an eye-witness starts insulting the "police". Such insults were
well deserved. However, a "policeman" announced "You're NICKED".
"Nicked" means arrested.
There is no freedom of speech in Britain. Even when the police
THEMSELVES are the criminals - or rather, BECAUSE they are the
criminals - you will be on the wrong side of the Law if you speak out
for justice.

A tazer is to good for it. It should be water boarded for at least a week
then it may become more grounded in what is real and what is running around
between its ears in the vast empty cavity normally filled by what is
nominally called a brain, which with this creature appears to be situated
elsewhere (possibly in a jar on a shelf in some medical laboratory)
