I still ask WHY? Has it become a permanent fixture ? What about all that light pollution it gives off. With all the lights on at night, the view can not be seen ! What about the carbon footprint that gives off, nobody complains about that when they see a (wow) big wheel (tediously bored with the wheel, I would get excited if it fell over)
