Big glowing box on Menlove Avenue

The last few times I've driven down Menlove Avenue, I've noticed a big
glass cube opposite the golf course. I haven't stopped and looked,
but it is lit up at night with red lighting, and appears to have some
obelisks in it. What the hell is it?

Just a big statue. No idea what its for apart from asthetic.
