Just saw a programme on TV that states some pubs and clubs are
offering 'deals' of "drink all you can for Ł20"

I think these offers should be banned. I would also reduce the number of
off licenses and pubs by half.

Most pubs in the schemes seemed to have closed?

Too many in the centre of edinburgh. That's all there is these days.

anything like that in scotland is quickly banned by local councils. Its
called binge drinking, and ra wee coonsil doesnt like it!..
