Popped out of the office on christmas eve for a coffee...to my dismay
"coffee #1" was closed so I went around to costa where I bought a
luke-warm, weak mocha for £1.35 and my partner had a cinnamon latte
although you could hardly taste the cinnamon. Sitting at our table by
the drafty doorway, looking around at the rubbish strewn on the floor
(to be fair they swept it up) I got to wondering where the best coffee
in cardiff might be. There are loads of independent cafes about cardiff
although many of them seem more interested in hocking their sandwiches,
baguettes and paninis instead of pushing our drug of choice ie coffee. I
don't have time to go around and try them all so can someone better
educated than me please tell me who serves the best coffee in cardiff?

As you're an ardent tree hugger, I hope you walked to the coffee shops *AND*
that you bought *fair trade" coffee?

I've no idea who serves fair trade coffee in Cardiff, I buy my *fair trade*
after taking a short walk to the local store (supporting it) buying a packet
of it and taking the stuff home to make my own - saves on transport, shop
lighting and heating, staff having to work during Christmas eve oh, and
parking my car in Cardiff and having you object to it.

BTW, you appear to be posting in the future - possibly using a different
computer to your first post here tonight!
