Steam Location identification

Hi All

I need some help on identifying the locations of some old steam cine
film we have received. I have taken some screen shots and placed them
on our website, any help will be most welcome.

What is it you need identifying?

The names on the pictures tell you where they are.

Both UK.

First one on the Liverpool-Manchester line.

The second on the Cumbrian coast line.

Unless you meant to put up pictures of steam locomotives and need to
identify the locations.

Is the link correct?
