Pro-bono Accountant for voluntary group.

Hi,

Just wondering whether anyone could point me in the direction of
groups that provide a helping hand to newly established voluntary
groups?

We are just finalising our constitution now and our aim is to move
towards a Company Limited by Guarantee in about a year. At present we
are stoney broke as we are just setting up, so the books are very
simple to balance. We'll largely be relying on donations and restricted
income from funding projects.

We are in the process of training a treasurer but we need someone to
make sure that we start off on the right foot and someone to provide an
audit each year and keep an eye on other issues related to voluntary
groups.

We have an account and all the paraphanalia ready to roll, but we're
small and this is a very new venture for us.
