BT & other ISPs not allowing postings to mixmaster

Sorry to keep starting new threads instead of replying, but while
everyone is so aerated about preventing their posts from being archived
it seems the only way to keep previous posters out of the record - won't
work if the groups get too big to follow multiple threads though - any
suggestions?

Back to the subject matter.
If BT are capable of preventing the use of anonymous remailers like this,
it would be a simple step for government to order all ISPs to install
this block.
Where would that leave us?
Is there any way round it other than dialling to an out-of-country ISP,
along with the associated extra costs?
Would the use of services like Altopia bypass it?
