The Internet Watch Foundations has instructed all ISP members to block
a Wikipedia page that they say contains child pornography. I think this
is wrong so I am posting the address here:

If you get a page not found message then your ISP is filtering the
internet, if you can access it then it means your ISP is not a member
of the IWF censorhip filter.
