Ronald Cohen complains about the proposed increase in the capital gains tax
rate from 10% to 18%

This from a man who made himself a nice little nest egg of hundreds of
millions - partly thanks to a misguided tax policy favouring the capital
gains to the detriment of salaries.
It would also be nice to know if Mr. Cohen is domiciled in the UK and at
least paying taxes on his worldwide income.

No he is a non-dom, claiming a link with Egypt, saying he arrived here from
Egypt as a refugee (so how does he maintain a link with a country he fled
from).
