Col-leash by John Fisher

Has anyone heard off or even used a col-leash designed by the late
John(training disks) Fisher?

I'm just reading Fishers book Think Dog and he mentions it . I
wondered what they were like and if they were an effective alternative to
chokes. I've seen the COAPE course advertised in Dogs today and sarah
whitehouse writes articles for Dogs Today. The course looks good. I like
Peter Neville's articles too, he was a friend of John Fisher.
I couldn't get a back copy of the articlein Vet record about choke
damage that Des mentioned. he was going to see if he could find it but I
never heard back. I should e.mail him again but I don't want to nag.
Have you written to any organisations about your idea like the RSPCA?

Yes i Have Read his book and describes the Col- leash and where to get one
Emailed but received no answer.
Would love to buy one or the design to make one.
