I have captured on camera, my next neighbour’s children climbing our 6
foot fence and taking solar lighting from my garden. The neighbours
don't deny it has happened, but refuse to return the lighting.
I don’t want to involve the police, in case it leads to the children
getting a criminal record.
If I resort to making a claim in the small claims court, who do I claim
against, the children (Under 16 years old) or the parents?
