The following post was to Rockdale Council, not
necessarily friends of Sator's office. So far
Rockdale council have not replied.

Dear Sir, Madam,
I am writing this to express my outrage at
Council's decision to to dramatically decrease the size of
the Scarbourough Park off leash area. At least 95% of our
avalilable area has been taken off us and we have been confined
to an area 100 meters by 20 meters. This is an absolute insult to
dog owners and the fencing has been erected as a fait acomplis.
There was no warning or consultation.
Nor were the residents whose houses adjoin the new restricted
area either consulted or warned. This trampling of the sensibilities
of rate payers has caused widespread bitterness and anger as I
am sure you are aware by now.
Why was not the fencing erected where the present signpost limiters
stand? Who, within council, is responsible for giving the go ahead
to erect the present fencing?
