I have started to renovate my kitchen and I'm currently stripping the walls
back to the plaster, it is an old council house 1950/60s? and underneath the
wallpapaer I've found some light green paint on the plaster

Can anyone tell me the best way to remove this from the walls? - some of it
has been flaking off the wall but I want to remove all of it

See image

Thanks
Jonni

It looks like a gloss paint, so take a hot air gun to it until it bubbles, then scrape.
