Does anyone know it is possible to get hold of the engine construction
blueprints of the late Rolls-Royce "merlin" engines?

Don't know, but I seem to recall a project (maybe 20 years ago) of Ford
(Dagenham) Apprentices producing a Merlin, as the site produced in the war.
