, Ryanair is introducing a new route from Prestwick to Warsaw's new
Modlin airport (35km from Warsaw city centre). Modlin is a former
military airfield, being converted to a low-cost carrier airport,
replacing the low-cost terminal at Warsaw's main Chopin Airport.
Service is due to start in late October or early November.
Wikipedia also reports that WizzAir's Warsaw-Prestwick service will
operate from Modlin starting in July.
