So EK from Glasgow International and QR from ABZ.... perfect. Perhaps
CO will transfer their second EDI- NYC to ABZ as well. Would be great
news for Scotland

Sounds more like cheerleading to me. The sort of cheerleading that
hinted at fast exits and starter strips on EDI's runway. Where are
they now?

QR from any Scottish airport would be great news, wouldn't it?

More likely the runway extension will allow them to add ABZ-EWR *in
addition* to the current central belt schedules. Or does that not suit
your agenda?

On the heap with Chicago, Washington, Boston etc. But that's not to
say they won't ever be back ... perhaps even from an airport that
apparently offends your sensibilities.

Apparently not but let's think EDI starter strips and the fast exits
that Donal Dowds hinted about?
