by railroad: Amsterdam - Frankfurt - Mannheim - Karlsruhe
From Karlsruhe to Rastatt via S-Bahn (regional train) to
Durmersheim-Nord
(Hall is in front of the railroad stop)
by airplane:
Take Frankfurt Rhein-Main (FRA)
or Strasbourg (France)
or Basel-Muhlhouse (France/Switzerland)
