Hi,

My internet explorer would not function as a security alert appears with
message:-

googletoolbaruser_32.exe is infected. Do you want to activate your antivirus
software now?

I say Yes. and the message did complete the scan but this message keep on
popping up. Can't use Internet explorer.

I removed the Google tool bar software from control panel but no effect.

I use Virgin Media Antivirus and rang to them. They say it is not their
problem and directed me to their Virgin Media Technical support who want �36
to clean my computer of this Virus which is Malware. My screen says Malware
database is not up to date.

What shall I do please? It seems that the Virgin Media Antivirus is useless.

I use Medion Computer and Window 7. Any other information needed please?

Win7 gives starting troubles. You need to shut and start a few times before
the log in screen will appear.
