HP 6700 won't print envelopes

First, I'm THOROUGHLY sick of HP's unreliability, and inability to produce a
robust product that works right out of the box. My pretty-new 6700 won't
print envelopes. I get a media mismatch message (or something like that)
when I try to print a custom-sized envelope. I've entered the media size in
Microsoft Word, but the 6700 won't print on this media. I don't expect a
solution, because, frankly, I doubt if the 6700 CAN print these envelopes.
HP produces inadequately-tested crap.
