1541C "UD1" Data Sheet

Hi,
I have a 1541 (short board) that is NOT able to read any disk.
I performed a resistance check on the R/W head and found
a normal resistance in the head coils.
The heads are connected to "UD1", 251853-01 module
which contains the amp for the head signals, etc.
I spent a great deal of time googling for information eg.
a data sheet, and downloaded Service Manuals for 1541s
and 1570 (suppose to have same module), but am
UNABLE to find more information about this module.
Can anyone help?
