Timezone, Glibc Security, and fileutils update pkg's

Ok well I guess now would be a good time to talk about that old tempfile
issue with our glibc :) it was never patched and since the timezone update
requires us to rebuild glibc I guess it's time to close that hole. Yes
folks it's time to take care of CAN-2004-0968! it's only about 2-1/2 years
old and I know that's a little early to patch something that doesn't require
an exploit, but I'm pretty happy that I waited on this one since I can now
kill two birds with one stone. Glibc is one of the largest updates we get
to do and well it's not going to fit on the plain restore cd without me
having to do some major update.pkg compressing. Oh well...

Now I was having some problems with the fileutils package and what looked
like a failed or somehow buggy update failed and it was just causing
problems with the glibc update so I built a new fileutils for the RaQ4,
Qube3, and XTR. the 550 is not affected by this. So those pkg's include an
updated fileutils rpm as well and it closes all the known bugs and brings it
up to redhat current. :)
This update also updates your timezone information and includes changes to
the following zones...
Africa
Antarctica
Asia
Australasia
Europe
northamerica
pacificnew
solar87
solar88
solar89
southamerica
On a side note: I think I can say I have visitors in every zone except
maybe Antarctica :)
