Your genial host was blessed with an excellent gift this festive season;
a tasting trio of craft IPAs. They've just gone into the fridge.

First up will be: Salt N' Pomona Island "Shoop" New England IPA.

"A New England IPA packed and stacked with tropical aromas.
We dipped into our bag of tricks to bring you a juicy Neipa,
smooth-bodied and low in bitterness. Not shy with the dry-hop
of Vic. Street, Enigma and Motueka, expect aromas of passion
fruit, lime, pineapple and melon. Shoop ba-doop ba-doop."

Unfiltered. Vegan. May contain sediment. 6.4% ABV

The verdict:

Strongly citric, heavily scented, drinkable; strong; murky as
a foggy night - you could cut it with a knife (serve it in a
pot if you don't like the look of it).

Overall: a bit poncey but it'll do.

I've just inspected the can closely and I can't find any mention of
drinking water (the very idee!)
