Last night I had a very thirst quenching bottle of Black Fox cider, very
difficult to tell that it's 6.8%, I wish I'd gone for the three for £6

To err is human. To really foul things up requires a computer and the BOFH.

I shall instead ask our fine Landlord for a pint of Old Peculier.

Seeing as we're half-way to winter (again).

You'll have to wait a while for Nonsuch, it comes from Winnipeg.
I hope it travels well...

Is it brewed on the shores of Lake Woebegone?

(Setting it up for the "what shores?" feed line)

the elevated abv and Old Ale sound up my alley, but

I lacked security to get to
https://taproom.nonsuch.beer/menu_all/1615405847289x366149903958933500

(tries another browser) - oh, full of scripty badness.

Ah $8 a throw, and sour, peach, etc means it's all a bit too crafty for
what I think of as BEER.

[Twin Peaks soundtrack faintly wafts downstairs
from Landlord's man-cave]

You'll have to pull yer own pints for the duration.

And Boys' Beer has an ABV of about ·5% - fine for quaffing in hot
weather, but not zackerly elevated ABV
