Scenic II Instuments stay on

I Know they're supposed to stay on for a little, while but mine stay
on all night and flatten the battery! If I put an ammeter across the
the positive terminal to the wiring loom there's a 2 amp draw from the
battery constantly with everything I can possibly switch off switched
off. Anyone any suggestions as to what could be the problem.
I had the dash out to fit the new resistor pack for the fan and also
the rear right door card off to fit a new window slider. I've taken
both off again to check but can't find anything I've disturbed or
that's loose so It may possibly be coincidence. I've no idea. At the
moment I have to disconect the battery every night which means
resetting the clock and recoding the radio every morning ( can't
actually be bothered to do the clock ) but means the car is unsaleable
at the moment and I've been made redundant and really need to sell it
for something more economical
