[Albania RealTime Blacklisting]

Hello all,

we at the Zero1 community have developed a new project based on open-source
software as an initiative regarding cyber security in Albania and would like to share
the results with the FOSS Community Albania and Kosovo

The results show that about 25% of Albanian IPs (including ipko on KS) are in at least one blacklist

as you can see on the project's link below:

We would appreciate any suggestion/question from the community

A keni n'plan me i permbledhe arsyet kryesore, po besoj qe eshte spam prej sistemeve t'infektume?

Ka ndodhe qe IP-te e serverave te emailit qeveritar me u blakclist per shkak te spamit.

Po, aktualisht kemi ne plan nje projekt me te madh me te gjitha IP-te e ballkanit dhe do e nisim se shpejti paralel me kete.

Te dhenat jane marre nga RIPE dhe si ide nisi vetem per ISP-te qe japin sherbim ne Shqiperi por besoj se ne projektin ballkanik do vendosen te gjitha ISP-te e rajonit.

Aryseja kryesore e gjendjes se IP-ve ne blacklist eshte spami qe gjithashtu shumicen e rasteve vjen prej prej sistemeve te infektuara.

Per momentin i kemi ne databaze arsyet kryesore (status-codet e IP-ve)  dhe do i publikojme se shpejti por projekti sa ka nisur dhe kemi qene te zene.

Ka ndodhur qe IP-te e rrangjeve qeveritare te jene blacklistuar dhe jane njoftuar autoritetet perkatese. 

Kemi ne plan qe bashke me statistikat te ofrojme edhe sherbimin e monitorimit te IP-ve ku perdoruesit do njoftohen nese IP-te e tyre futen ne blacklist.
