Sapo bisedova me Jetmir Axhami qe eshte IT ne Bashkine e Kukes-it dhe Pedagog i Lendes Informatike, ai ka filluar punen per organizimin e nje conferece per FLOSS ne Kukes, deri me tani ka mbeshtjen e Bashkise se Kukesit dhe Universitetin e Kuksit, dhe kerkon qe te mbeshtetim edhe ne dhe ti ndihmojme rreth organizimit.

Ne kete email doja ty pyesja nese jeni te interesuar ne bashkpunim me Jetmirin, dhe te ofrojme ndihmen tone, dhe ndoshta Jetmiri te na informoj me shume rreth idese se tij?

I am happy to hear about this interest and that our work in kosovo and
albania has generated so much interest and excitement.
if you are interested to get international speakers to your
conference, please remember that there are some steps :

1. make sure you give internationals about 6-8 months notice to plan a
trip, many people cannot just come on short notice, this is key for
getting speakers from around the world.
2. make sure you promote your conference on the web, make some call
for papers or participation and post it here
:http://www.wikicfp.com/cfp/ lanyrd.com/ but also on the various
mailing lists of the projects you mentioned (drupal etc) and also on
the fosdem mailing list and with the fsfe.org
3,. make sure you have internet!

Si fillim, pergezime per iniciativen! Na duhen evente te tilla ne cdo qytet dhe vazhdimisht.

Jam dhe une dakord me Dashamirin per sa i perket nje bisede paraprake gjate takimit te ardhshem javor ne Open Labs per te biseduar se si mund te marrim pjese dhe te ndihmojme ne organizimin e konferences. Kete jave kemi qene shume te angazhuar ne WikiAkademine por te merkuren e ardhshme eshte dicka qe do besedohet patjeter.
Sigurisht sa me teper informacion te detajuar te kemi aq me e lehte do jete dhe per ne qe te ndihmojme.
Do doja te shtoja qe ne Mars (ose ne fillim te prillit) 2014 do behet dhe Open Source Conference Albania dhe nuk e di a do ishte mire qe te jene konferencat ne te njejtet dite pasi dicka e tille do e bente te veshtire pjesmarrjen e anetareve te Open Labs ne te dy vendet.

Considering that good speakers are in need, it would be better to have
events that can be done after each other with a short travel between
them. I would suggest this, it is still better than having two events
on the same day.
