some install errors

Hi,
When going to the site (store.arcba-fl.org) these errors pop up.

And when clicking on the 'Admin Login' it goes to (http://store.arcba-
fl.org/index.php?login=admin) but nothing is on the page.

I have resolved a lot of other errors, but these stump me.

What info would you need to tell me how to correct these?
