Friday, February 22, 2013, 0312, 6925 usb. Music, maybe electric guitar, interrupted occasionally by strong buzz. Sounds very overmodulated as if the transmitter is being overloaded. Op at 0321 mentioned american indian and 6925, then off. Hard to understand despite good signal. s5.

Heard earlier here in WNY as well. On and off many times with horrible audio. Sounds like he either needs an attenuator pad or a decent Ground - or both. Maybe a technician could help?
