Free Madison Valley

Free Madison Valley is a community of neighbors committed to promoting a denser and more vibrant neighborhood with more housing and more space for small businesses and community organizations while at the same time improving accessibility, infrastructure, pedestrian safety, and our tree canopy.

This Google Group is meant to serve as a safe space for YIMBYs (Yes-In-My-Backyard folks) and MIMBYs (Maybe-In-My-Backyard folks) in Madison Valley and neighboring areas to share information and ideas, engage in healthy debates, and get organized online and in person as City Council decides how to modify the Mayor's One Seattle Rezoning proposal based on community feedback.

This in not a space for NIMBYs opposed to any increases in density or height limits.
