Hello,
the MSc Thesis of Claudius Jehle with the title:
"Automatic Flight Control of Tethered Kites for Power Generation"
is now accessible online at the TU Munich repository!

to his excellent work.
The paper of Roland Schmehl and C. Jehle: "Tracking Control on the Unit
Sphere Applied to Traction Kites for Power Generation" even though
accepted for publication in AIAA Journal of Guidance, Control and Dynamics,
2013 is still not yet published.
