ImportError: dateutil 2.5.0 is the minimum required version

Hey all.

Iv'e tried avoiding calling you for couple of hours :-|

I get the the following error

ImportError: dateutil 2.5.0 is the minimum required version

iv'e tried with / without pinning 

echo 'numba 0.18.2' >> pinned
echo 'boost 1.55.0' >> pinned
echo 'pandas 0.14.1' >> pinned

 The first time I encountered this was when trying to open GUI_Player.py

Are you familiar with this?
