Brian -

I would like to help recycle at Sanford Stadium after UGA's football games. For any of you that missed the last email about this, Free IT Athens gets $500 for picking up recyclables after a game. We need 20 people to do this.

Please email Brian if you want to contribute. We need everyone to help so we have enough people. The dates may vary so we will send out more info as soon as we have the schedule. We need to know by Thursday to submit to UGA.

Good news everyone- we're in! There's an orientation this Thursday
that I'll go to. If anyone else wants to come let me know. We have to

Barbara and Charles & Free IT Volunteers,

 

In regards to the Sanford Recycling post. Free IT Athens was selected from a gorup of other local non-profits to particiapte in this fund raising program.

 

We will be picking up cans, bottles and other recyclable items after a UGA football game to raise money for Free IT Athens. $500.

 

We don't have the date yet but this Thursday Brian is going to sign us up. We need 20 people to do this.

 

I am sure we will get dates soon.

 

If you are even slightly interested, let's sign everyone up and then we can shuffle volunteers around if you cannot make that specific date.

The actual cleanup will either be a Saturday evening or Sunday afternoon.

I think it would be a good idea to see if we can negotiate for
advertising during a game and a slide show of what we do at half time.
It would be even more valuable ad time if they advertised the game
before and had people drop off computers the following game.
