August 10th Boston PHP Meeting

I've spoken with the organizers and they've agreed to let us setup a
table for the meeting. From 6-7pm there is a social hour/job
networking hour which will probably be best for people to stop by. We
should plan to arrive a few minutes before 6 to get setup.

I think we'll need some handouts or informational flyers and a sign.

Hallo,
    I spoke with the Steering Committee and they've agreed to let us act under the Free Geek Providence name, but you'll have to fill out the Free Geek Providence volunteer packet (I can bring it with me on the 10th).  They said we have to exist with our own tax ID number before we can come on as a project with a fiscal sponsorship.  I said since we're not even that far yet it makes more sense to act as FGPVD in Boston for the immediate future.  I let them know I'll keep them in the loop as to what's going on.

So flyers will refer to FGPVD for now, and we can tell people about FGBOS informally.
