Rule of Chart Analysis:

1. In Which House moon is and in which rashi 7H (12),
2. Where is that house lord (Jupiter) 2H,
3. Count that house from the Moon House 8th this is aspect,
4. Also involve Houses it Governs 4H and 7H,
5. Where is the Moon house 11H,
6. Count it from the Moon posited 5th.

Now collect the information and try to judge the query.

You are great in finding and judging the query its remarkable. Yes second option is right the consultant is worried about her lover marriage as he is in foreign land and don't want to get in touch with her as his parents does not allow there meetings etc. So he was worried about her marriage with someone else.
