7.    Documentation: No export documents

8.    Delivery: Turkey , Belgium, Germany, France ,and others.

9.    Payment: 50% cash on delivery at hotel after testing; balance 50% payable within 72 business hours after final assay at buyer’s refinery. Seller’s rep shall accompany buyer to refinery with the gold

10.    Travelling Cost: Buyer shall reimburse the travelling expenses (air tickets and hotel) of seller’s rep
