·         Expert in Java, JBoss, Hibernate, Struts and Spring Framework

·         Experience with MVC framework, ESB, SOA and SQL Server

·         Experience working with off-shore development teams (they have teams in India and China)

·         Experience with design writing, complex development

·         1-2 years of lead/architect experience
