Before I forget. I finally had a chance to go to the Stafford library and inquire about the meeting rooms over there. Here is the low down:
1. The group can only meet once a month.
2. Thursdays are fully booked.
3. They have three rooms, two of them sit 40 and the smaller sits 20.
4. The 3rd Saturday of each month is the better availability for the smaller room. But we would have issue with two of the months. The lady did say that for those months the meeting could be schedule for a different day.
So let me know what you guys think. A possibility is to do Thursdays at Fred and Sat at Stafford. Just a thought.

Does that mean the larger rooms are, or are not, available at all for

general this sounds fine to me. Let's get more details on room
availability for the large one, if possible?

I think one of the larger rooms was available, but there where conflict on about 4 of the months. So we would have to shuffle around. I will definitely check on the availability for the larger room again. The lady that does the bookings is not there on Fridays, so I will have to wait till Mon to talk to her again.

What's the word for our location tonight? The question came up on IRC

just now and I have no idea where we stand on Stafford. The F'burg
location is still available if needed.
I won't be at either place -- I have an appointment in the evening,
and then I need to pack for a business trip.

Fburg. honestly I haven't had the time to go by the stafford library to ask again. I ve been slammed with work, and on the side gigs.
