Can't get Fredistrano to run after install

HI,

I followed the directions to install Fredistrano. When I hit it up on
my url, the first page loads fine. When I click a link in the menu,
like "Projects", I get this error:
Details : Insufficient privileges for accessing the requested
ressource

So then I turned on debugging in app/config/core.php then I see this:
Details : Authentication failure for `entrance` with group(s) :
anonymous

Looks like an ACL issue... where do I log in to the application? Or
have I missed something?

Any other information I need to provide you in order for you to help
me debug this? I'm a cakephp programmer, and I have other cakephp apps
working fine in my apache 2 / php 5.2 environment (with mod_rewrite of
course).

hello,

to log into the application, you must click on the "[Identification]"
link, at the top of the right column
it must display the login form
the default admin user credentials are: login = admin; password = pass
we encourage you to create a new user in the admin group and then to
delete the default user (or just change the default user password)
