Cannot get checkout/update to work

Hi,

When I do a checkout/update, I keep getting the following error:

The application is unable to continue.
* [update] > Specified directory /user/fredistrano/files/tmp/
TestProject/tmpDir//.svn is not a working copy

How can I get this to work? Any help is appreciated. If I do an
export, it works great.

Delete the folder of your project in /files/tmp
